I just bought some CDs from a ebay seller and when they arrived they were not what I wanted, but they were not that different from what the description said. How can I be sure I get the right things?

I saw your other posting too about this.
If you are dissatisfied, contact the seller but always be nice. Explain what your problem is and see what he says. Try to work it out somehow.
My suggestion to you is always, always ask questions first. This will avoid any problems with your items and you should know exactly what you are getting. I am an Ebay dealer and I have answered many questions from people over the years, so don't ever be afraid to ask anything you want to know.
That is the safest way to know that you are getting the right things.

I am assuming that this is the same discussion as the one you started again. You say they are not what you wanted BUT that they were as described. If they were as described and you were happy to bid on them, then you received what were described. Sorry to sound harsh but it does sound a lot like buyers remorse, and I would suggest that when you are buying on eBay you read the descriptions carefully, check the photographs and also read the feedback comments on the sellers page. We all make mistakes, but if the item was accurately described but you decided they were not what you wanted, it isn't really the fault of the seller. I have been buying on eBay for many years now and always check the page very carefully before placing a bid.
