Does anyone go by this? As in, don't eat refined sugars, white bread (the bleached kind) white rice but go for the darker kind? Or even pasta? If you go by this, does it actually work?

girlygirl1 I would love to lose about 60-70lbs. Can't seem to get rid of the weight that I have gained since I had my son last year in March! I lost 50lbs of it believe it or not but have gained about 30 of it back! hehe; so I'm trying to figure out what would be best...

I request a pay out 3 days ago, and it did not receive yet. How long did you receive their payment, is this site reliable?
