THIS IS ABOUT THE EDUCATION IN INDIA .... WHICH HAS BECOME MONEY.. EVERYWHERE...FOR EXAMPLE IN INDIA TO JOIN L.K.G IT REQUIRES 10,000 Rs AS "DONATION".... ESP IN CHENNAI... CAN ANY ONE RESPOND TO THIS...
