glittersky yes, i do. its a rest day but that doesnt mean you will rest from going to church, attending church activity wont take so much time. i have this great- feeling-after coz youre in commune with God.:)

glittersky yeah i dot put oil in my hair. i put shower cap then leave it overnight! it works wonders! :) try it!

glittersky always apply lotion after taking a bath to keep your skin moisturized! for sunkissed look, apply tanning lotion! it would make it even silky! :)

glittersky im both beauty and health conscious! i do go to the gym thrice a week. i take vitamin e, vitamin c, and centrum.i ahve regular beauty routine. i do have facials every month and uses sunblock everyday. :)
