My rating goes down and my earnings was deducted.What happen?

What's going on..is this happening every end or first day of the month? My ratings was 9 and goes down to 8. My earning also decreases with $3 cents. Did i done wrong? Did i post a discussion which is not suppose to be posted?...

Because of expensive amount of Operating System and other software i always prefer to buy a pirated copy of software. My Windows XP are come from a pirated copy and even my Microsoft Offices. If i bought a Licensed copy of Windows...
