Do you find it hard to go to sleep when it is hot

I have a problem trying to get to sleep when it is soo hot as i find it soo hard to get comfortable to begin with.All i seem to do is toss and turn and end up only getting a few hours sleep of a night time.

gomattot try putting on your ac at 16 and then cover yourself and sleep.
