I have never donated blood, I am really afraid of needles, how long does it take to regain the blood that you give? And how much blood do they take?

i am really angry now if you look my discussions you can find it out i was just looking for some discussions to response and i found out that on popular discussions i saw a discussions exactly same with the discussion i wrote this...

grace_els11 if the discussion is exactly the same as the one you posted, i think you really have the right to be angry. Otherwise, if it's just the same topic, everyone is entitled to hi/her opinion.
