I usually put three alarms, one in my table clock, one in my wrist watch ans the last is in my cellphone.. still sometimes I dont hear any of them...;)

grad2006 Its great that you really don't need an alarm, it shows that you must be sticking to your schedule and living a healthy life.

grad2006 Cellphones are one good way of waking you up, they even ring when they are switched off.

Why it always happens that you make a note and still you forget to that particular thing? Its not only about your daily schedule but some basic things in life like to help people, to be courteous, to be good to other people....
