Do you prefer speakers or headphone when in front of your PC?

I've been using headphones for almost a year now. Before, i'd prefer using speakers so as not to strain my ears too much. But then, our television is just a few steps away from my computer that's why whenever someone's watching...

gramesmith When I am listening to music and simultaneously browse the net I use Speakers.. they serve as a background score But when I am watching a movie then I use a Headphones so that I dont miss the sound effects and will be able to concentrate on the movie...
