sleepping late into deep night

Once upon a time,I always had a lot of classes in the day time.I had to do other things at night,into deep night.And now it becomes one of my habits.Concerntrating all my attention,no interruption,I can enjoy my work and study...

green1118 Thank you my friend:)I know it is not good to have such habit ,but I havn't realize that it effects so much . I will try to form a good habit of sleeping.Best wishes,too.
