Do Exercise, Yoga, Meditation n Walking, climbing 3 floors ,jumping , swimming, work hard to get things done! Have cup of cereals or vegetables(not boiled) in the morning, a cup of rice for lunch and Wheat at night.

greenfloyd I just dont know,why i am smoking and dont know how i got that habit, I know effects and not only me..everyone in this universe who smoke knew it..even though,its not easy job to quit smoking..Now Go and Get a Cigarette and have fun.

To gain something,we gotto be healthy,it can be done in better way with NATURAL FOODS..with seasonal touch. IF SOMETHING IS LOST,NOTHING IS LOST....IF HEALTH IS LOST,EVERYTHING IS LOST. Natural foods FTW!
