guoyanyunyanty You can download some videos from the internet or buy DVD about the yoga.The teacher in it will tell you the detailed motions and explain some particular specifics to you. I do it at home in this way!It's very useful!

guoyanyunyanty You can learn it from the basic motions,because the yoga is really emphasizes the toughness of the dody.If you eager for quick success and instant benifit,you'll get hurt.That's the worst thing.So,come on!
