Blondie2222 No i don't adjust my tax deductions because it's not often I work my 2nd job only when they need me. So I just take the money they don't take alot from us at my job for taxes anyways so I'm not worried. That 9 1/2 hour overtime will look good in my paycheck on...

dlr297 I only changed my diet slightly, i eat more raw vegetables, not because of my BP but for overall health. as to losing weight i cut my crab intake and lost about 35 pounds. don't eat as many grains...like bread and rice, pasta, i also cut my intake of potatoes,...
