abandoned newborn baby

my husband received a phone call this morning, and it was his younger sister on line asking for help to adopt the baby girl she found in a pump boat. we were really shock why such a newborn baby been abandoned by a mother?

gzadlawan My husband asked his sister to go with him to the Department of Social Welfare and Development to report the abandoned baby.. And that its the DSWD would find any solutions regarding the matter.
