are reality shows suppressing or encouraging the interests of candidates in reality shows like star singers,dancers.In front of such a big audience,do the candidates feel ashamed when the judges scrutinize them?anyway it depends...

i will get wet when stands in front of an audience,even in a classroom.i think it was due to lack of confidence.is it so?any remedy that you can suggest
