hala718 Have you tried the shape-ups shoes? they are awsome. I had them now for about 6 weeks and they help tone my thighs and calfs. I did not diet I try to eat healthy as much as I could but it is hard since I am BFing. So, I only lost 2 pounds with the shoes but...
