hala718 I totally agree. we usually judge people when we first meet them without knowling really who they are or how they think. You would find it very common to judge a person based on the first impression and then became your close friend. It happens to us a lot....

do the tone as you walk shoes really work??

Has anyone tried these new shoes that are supposed to tone your legs while you are doing your general everyday walking? I don't see how they would work without you getting real tired and sore? Anyone tried them yet?

ya it sounds kinda gross but i guess this question is mainly for women who have alittle extra chunck to them... How do you get rid of back fat... It does not matter what bra I wear because all of my close look gross in the back .....

hala718 I have these too. I actually never had back fat untill I had my second baby almost 8 months ago. I try to excercise and eat healthy. side stretches may help too. I guess it just needs time to see results but and long as your are losing weight it will show...
