Where was Ansh in modern day Latvia, or Estonia?

I'm a little lost as to where to find the location that was Ansh County. I'm trying to determine my ancestry, and the location is somewhat vital as my surname doesn't sound Russian or Belarusian.

The news just came in that she collapsed and died. Do you think it was drugs, or the weight loss, an aneurysm? Do you think she faked her death? She will be greatly missed.

It seems that the majority of people on here want to talk as if they are using phone-tap input method, or shorthand/ abbreviated IMs. Is it a lack of caring, education, or both?
