why is it so hard to lose weight?

Once you start gaining, there's no stopping. I've been trying so hard to lose weight for about 3 years now. I lose weight for 1 or 2 months, then I gain back the weight faster than I lost it. What makes it so damn hard?

i just want to share. just a few months ago, i've undergone a career crisis that has really left me battered and bruised. though i loved my job, i decided to leave and i'll be starting on a new job at the dawn of the new year....
