why is it so hard to lose weight?

Once you start gaining, there's no stopping. I've been trying so hard to lose weight for about 3 years now. I lose weight for 1 or 2 months, then I gain back the weight faster than I lost it. What makes it so damn hard?

happykk Steering clear from carbs is a real challenge...being Asian, rice is a staple in our meals...i don't think i would enjoy eating anything without rice...
