Is it normal to feel bad to a person you just met?

There are some instances that I have a bad feeling for someone I just saw for the first time. I didnt do it on purpose, I just felt it. I also dont intend to pass a judgement on her/him but it just happened. Am I the only one...

har8yun I usually feel bad for people that are handicap or look inocent. I think it is ok and natural.
