harmonyswift I live in the city, so sounds like cars, motorcycles, loud disruptive noises are disruptive... I could live with the sound of the birds, nature, healing music, those are the sounds that feed the soul

here is a great way to lose weight while excersizing

Whether you are walking jogging or just working out with weights, drink grapefruit juice instead of other drinks it will help you lose extra weight. Just remember to rehydrate with water later that day or after you are done...

harmonyswift I work at a Health food store.. one supplement that I highly recommend, is CLA ( conjugated linoleic acid) a fatty acid ( good fat ) from safflower.. This actually targets the waist and tummy fat. Proper use is one before each meal and one at bedtime..! Try it...
