many manufacturers of laptops all over the globe improve their products from time after time and yet still don't give a real deal on their products. why is that so?

i have some friends that went to the city hall of Baguio to have some matters to ask and deal with but after they had their talks to the employees they said that they're disappointed and did not accomplished what their business...
