How do u deal with an envious ex?

My husband's ex is really pissing me off. They have a son together during their de-facto relationship and i absolutely adore his son. I dont even yell or be anything nasty to him. And i havent even met his ex though he sees her...

hauswaif yes, the best is to ignore her. i dont even speak to her at all. but it just irks me when she starts making comments about me to my husband and then he didnt do anything about it. i mean, it'd be nice if he could stand up for me :p
