How do you make your burger patty?

Veggie burger? beef? pork? turkey? I just use ground beef and add a little salt and pepper then its on the grill. Do you do anything special to your burger patty? or if you don't make'em then what is the weirdest ingredient you...

hazel0514 2cups fresh banana blossom finely chopped and squeezed 1tbsp onions 1/2 tsp garlic 1/2 cup flour 2 eggs salt and pepper to taste 1 can tuna liver spread ( i use the san marino smallest can) mix them all together and fry.
