hazel0514 2cups fresh banana blossom finely chopped and squeezed 1tbsp onions 1/2 tsp garlic 1/2 cup flour 2 eggs salt and pepper to taste 1 can tuna liver spread ( i use the san marino smallest can) mix them all together and fry.

I am fond of cook books and I have a good number of them maybe because the photographs are mostly enticing and very appetizing just looking at it. But when I do cook I don't always follow exactly the recipes I try to cook....

hazel0514 i put tuna liver spread on my veggie burger. I use banana blossom (finely chopped), onions, garlic, flour, eggs, salt, pepper. Mix them all together and fry.
