Why do people read the bible and still refuse to obey?

Truely I think it is a waste of your time when you pick up the bible to read what it says and still not do. The bible is suppose to be our guide or Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth so therefore, aren't we suppose to obey...

sachin played simply mindblowing innings in sharjah which ihope all sachin fans remember...but the point is will he be able to produce same magic again???
