mantis36 i'll have to ask myself: "why is it until now, i didn't conquer myself?" i don't know how to defeat myself, they say... learning martial arts no so much to defeat an opponent, as it is to conquer yourself but it is really hard for me to conquer...

Instead of taking Allupurinol for my aching joints, I tried taking in 1 tsp of Turmeric powder mixed with half glass of water after meals for 2 days. It was amazing...the swelling on my knee joint was gone. I now also take in...
