i am talkative when i am with my friends,family members or acqaintance.but when i stand in front of a group people, say, deliver a speech, give a presentation,i feel very nervous and i can't speak fluently and i can't think...

heemahere I am super nervous in front of people. I always used to ditch class in order to avoid speaking in front of my class. I realized that i got nervous when i made eye contact with the audience, i became overwhelmed by the # of eyes staring @ me! so i had this idea...
