One of my friend borrowed some money from his cousine,while repaying it his cousine asked him to pay through cheque,as per that my friend gave him one month post dated cheque,before that date my friend gave him the money in cash...

hegde_parvathi thanx mimpi,the problem is cheque is with the cousine he is not ready to give it unless in substitute to money friend is already in trap.We have asked the advice of a lawyer,lets see what best can be done.thanx for the advice.
