Where do you get prepaid credit cards?

Yesterday while reading the responses to one of my discussions someone suggested I get a prepaid credit card. I thought I could get it a Walmart like the phone cards but they don't have them. I realize I sound like a real dummy...

heidim80 You can get them at several different places. I once got one from Citizen's Bank, you cannot reload that one though. It cost about $3 to get it. I have seen them at Caz's and I think Rite Aid has them too. I've heard that the ones at Caz's are reloadeable.
