helenjain21 I don't know exactly how many words per minute I can read, but I find that if it's something I enjoy reading, like a good novel, then I'm less inclined to want to read quickly and I slow down. If it's something like a school text, then I tend to read faster so...

helenjain21 While I prefer to read a novel in book form, I don't find it odd that you'd read books online or e-books. It's convenient sometimes to read online. If it makes you a bit sad, pick up a book from your local library. You can carry a small book with you.

helenjain21 If you like to read science fiction/fantasy, I would suggest Serpent's Shadow by Mercedes Lackey or Moon Called by Patricia Briggs. I enjoyed both books when I read them.
