Danyale N i am in the same boat except i fight against my thyroid not being where it needs to be so every time i lose some i gain it back the moment it throws off again that being said it can be frustrating i lack the discipline that i know.good luck

Danyale N wow that is severely cold..... try to stay as warm as you can. the coldest we got last night was 12 and that was too dang cold for me. been a long time since i visited new hampshire but seems your winter is setting in fast.
