henkee you could get some visitors using http://oseveno.tk/. This works a bit like a traffic exchange, but you also get some semi-targeted visitors because there are links to the websites on the front page.

henkee Gmail because it is fast, got many browser notifier addons and is highly customizable. Never tried yahoo though.

henkee I am using 20dollars2surf, but never reached cashout. They only pay about $1/month without referrals, but with 10 downline levels I think we could get pretty good money from them with some work.
