Do u guys still believe that a house is a liability as explained by mr.kiyosaki?

a house is a house is a house. no matter what is said and done, can your house be your greatest liability than an asset. do u agree with the same? does it mean that all of us have a libility on our head?

henri2k1 a house can only be an asset if (as assets usually and will always be)it puts cash in your pocket or bank account. As long as your house gives you nothing but expenses, it is a liabilty.
