Has anyone ever had an EBAY seller not send the item and not respond to emails?

I have a feedback score of 300 and this has not happened to me. I have now asked for a refund and am ready to write negative feedback.

hhartung I have been apart of the ebay community for over 3 years and i have only been scammed 2 times. you just have to watch out for people with low feedback. also paypal is the way to go. I always give the seller atleast 14 days before i file a compaint and then...

Can you make a lot of money off of ebay or is ebay a better place to get deals or find stuff that you cannot normally purchase in a store?

hhartung I have been an active member of the Ebay community for 3 years now. it is a great place to find deals and make money. I purchase more items then i sell only because i dont have much to sell. If you are looking for great deals on items look to ebay first. But...
