himaniforoi thanks Sanjeev ...i too have spent some time at software typing tutor...it is indeed boring...but continous wprking at computer has improved my typing..

I have read in my total quality management books and also in some magazines that being a good listener helps you in a good management and a good leadership to deal with people etc etc..But it is not just listening i feel..but some...
