Rape - what should be the punishment

I know over here in England, the government are looking at changing the punishments for rape. Leas than 10% of rapes are actually reported, this is due to over 85% of rape trails are failed to be seen as rape, as the judge sees...

himanshu82 if any male rape the female so only one punishment hang kill death. because if u give this punishment then in this world no one can do this..
