I know over here in England, the government are looking at changing the punishments for rape. Leas than 10% of rapes are actually reported, this is due to over 85% of rape trails are failed to be seen as rape, as the judge sees...

how can people live without a cellularphones? and Yes, texting is one the reasons why we use these handheld phones. at earlier times we go to a date by just setting the date,time, and venue by an email or a phone call on a phone...

himanshu82 Cellphones are not important to me. if in a day there is no call ius cmg then m happy. but 2-3 clls in a day r gud. so i live without using cellphones also...
