I am not joking this is serious and true.You can try it and also do what i have did. Today i just copied few words from a sentence that is i broke the sentence into two. Eg...(When possible, you should always) copied this...

Actually a day must be around 30 hours,i really can't do anything with this 24 hours schedule.An extra 5 hours is a must for me.So that i can sleep thats more important,then comes the other activities like job,games,chatting,sorry...
