hope2000 to avoid pimples, proper washing of ur face is advisable, cleanse face and dab benzoyl peroxide to affected areas. avoid fatty foods, more on veggies and vit.C

hope2000 yes i do, 3x a day i took my breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as my snack infront of the computer. i think its a bad habit but what to do , i maybe addicted in searching everything that interest me and just focus to what i am doin.
