Don't you just hate when people that you needed who were nowhere to be found just suddenly find your number. Not only they call you but they have the nerve to ask you for something. The answer is NOOOO

MASUM CHAUDHURY Don't change your regular diet drastically. Belly fat reduction do take time. Diet and exercise are the only tools to achieve it. 30 minutes of workout daily (min. 4 days/week). Instead of have three large meals opt for 6 small meals.

MASUM CHAUDHURY Over-expectation leads to disappointment. Expectation is normal human behaviour. When you work hard for eg. your organization you expect everyone to applaud your hard work but sometimes that doesn't happen. Don't let this pull you down. Rise up. Keep working....
