difficult people, how do u deal with them?

we cant help it that there are those type of people-- the difficult ones and hard to manage. everytime i do pep session with these types, i tend to prepare myself for the worst. expect for negative reactions and eyebrow elevating...

People die everyday, every minute and every second but how would you feel if that person is your parents, bestfriend, brother or sister? how do u get over the loss?
