I think altough it reflects that the company did not had its quality checks in line still the way it has recalled the batteries and is providing repalacements for the same it has shown that it is there to accept when things do...

iannetot ive been using my phone for quite sometime now & never had problems even i forgot charger overnyt. ill stay with Nokia...its user friendly :)
