I really like Cooper Cheese too...it's an extra sharp American cheese...so good! And this may be a Pennsylvania thing, but pepperoni cheese is my favorite cheese to eat by itself...when I'm visiting home that is. I highly recommend grilled feta if you've never...

I never thought I'd be a runner either, but I do enjoy and even look forward to C25K days! Bad knees run in my family too. I take Move Free (glucosomine chondrotin with MSM supplements) to help with joints...I started taking them after I did high impact...

I never thought of it that way! I originally started the program a year ago and after Week 3 Day 2 I went into a full body cramp and thought that it was from pushing myself too much to get the program done "on-time." But now, maybe I am being too cautious!...
