okay so i've been thinking about this for a long time..and i think im ready to be forced to do this..okay so i wouldnt say im fat..but i need to get in shape for the summer..i mean if we think about it its almost here...i got this...

icebhadzkeeypee12 try to eat slower, try to avoid sweet and fatty foods, try to eat and drink foods with L-Carnitine foods. this foofds helps burn fat and transform to energy
