Hi there guys, Lately I've been sleeping really late at night but I have this goal to gain weight. From what I know, sleeping late at night cause weight loss or you will not gain enough weight. Is it true?? Well I kind of doubt...

illusionistx I don't think that less sleeping would gain weight. Just about the sleeping time, some previous studies show that 7-hour sleeping may be the best way to gain weight. Additionally, enough exercise and health diet are the methods to gain weight. In my opinion,...
