imajerseygirl I can actually relate to what you are saying. In my younger years I actually had a problem with anorexia, which losing this ten pounds in a weeks time scares me.

imajerseygirl Thanks for the response. I will admit, I hate junk food, candy bars, chips, ice cream, etc. don't put the stuff in my mouth. My draw back is though I love my sugar in my coffee and my tea. Can't get away from it.
