inarticulate I don't usually listen to music when I try to sleep but sometimes it's nice. What I find better for me is listening to book tapes or stories of some sort. Kinda like a childhood comfort thing when your parents tell you bedtime stories.

inarticulate I usually have lunch before I go grocery shopping. Not really with the intention of being full while I'm shopping, it's just a part of my routine. I do know that this whole theory has been scientifically tested, and the results are what you describe.
