So, I was snooping through my daughters diary as any concerned parent would do..

And in it I find, an entry in which it said she was raped. It also said that she was scared to come to her father or myself. I don't know how to confront her without her knowing that I've been thumbing through her personal diary....

influential I agree with pacaveli. Creatine is used to help you bulk up. It is in no way shape or form a drug.

influential No , thats not it, Its just shes being too protective and not letting me do anything. How would you suggest I tell her ? I don't want to end up yelling at her but its killing me that I can't do anything.
